Pricing is based on how much space your items take in our truck, plus labor and disposal. We provide an upfront quote before work begins so you know what to expect.
Do I need to move everything to the curb?
No. Our crew can remove items from inside your home, garage, basement, or yard. Let us know about stairs or tight access when you request a quote.
What items can you not take?
We cannot accept hazardous materials such as paint, chemicals, asbestos, or certain medical waste. Ask us if you're unsure—we'll point you in the right direction.
Do you offer same-day service?
Same-day appointments are often available depending on our schedule. Call early for the best chance of a same-day pickup.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Bag It Up is licensed and insured for residential and commercial junk removal across the Louisville area. We can provide documentation for landlords, property managers, and HOAs upon request.
What happens to my junk after pickup?
We sort materials for donation and recycling whenever possible. Remaining items are disposed of at licensed facilities in compliance with local regulations.
